Job summary

Lundbeck in Kraków is looking for a focused, responsible finance intern to gain knowledge in finance and accounting. You will join a 16‑person team supporting Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and Procurement Operations, with a hybrid work model and the chance to learn how AP contributes to the Finance department.

The role requires you to be currently studying, available for at least 30 hours per week, and have very good English and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying
• Availability for minimum 30 hours per week
• Very good English (min B2)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance
• Effective time management, accuracy and detail orientation, as well as reliability
• Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support our specialists in processing and validating incoming financial documents.
• Complete various ad hoc tasks and learn how AP Teams contribute to the Finance department's goals.
