Job summary

Lundbeck Kraków offers an Intern, Master Data position to gain hands-on experience in master data management within a global pharma group. You will support creation and updates of vendor, customer, product and bank master data, and respond to stakeholder queries.

Join a team of about 12 people within Procurement and Finance Operations; you will learn processes, contribute to improvements, and develop Excel skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Student currently pursuing studies.
• Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance (Master Data).
• Caring for details and accuracy.
• Proactive and creative in improving ways of working.
• Very good English (B2).
• Availability: minimum 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supporting creation and updating of Vendor, Customer, Product and Bank Master Data in accordance with defined processes.
• Responding to queries from stakeholders via ServiceNow/Outlook/Phone.
• Supporting implementation of any change and/or improvement initiatives.
• Ad hoc support duties to assist with Procurement & Finance Operations.
