Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Demand to Warehouse Business Process Analyst to analyse process execution data, identify deviations, and unlock value for the EverGreen strategy. You will work with Insights, Process Orchestration and Mining teams to shape process intelligence for global functions and standing teams.

The role demands strong data manipulation skills, experience with ARIS and Celonis, and excellent English communication to drive improvements across the DtW domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business process analysis or process intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of the DtW domain.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Experience driving process improvements within DtW.
• Hands-on with ARIS and Celonis.
• Proficiency in BI tools including Power BI, Celonis, ARIS and Camunda.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analysing process execution data to identify deviations from designed process intent and investigating root causes.
• Tracking and reporting against established domain KPIs and performance indicators for stakeholders.
• Analysing Whatfix interaction data and NPS results to understand user engagement and adoption gaps.
• Combining signals from Celonis, New Relic, Whatfix, NPS, ARIS and Camunda for a joined-up view of process health.
• Shaping and presenting analytical findings in clear formats tailored to process owners and Standing Organisation teams.
• Formulating clear evidence-based improvement recommendations for identified process issues.
