Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst (Demand to Warehouse) to translate process data into actionable insights and cross-functional improvements. You will collaborate with Insights, Process Orchestration and Mining teams to shape intelligence for Global Functions and Standing Organisation teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process analysis, strong DtW domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with ARIS, Celonis, and BI tools to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process intelligence or a related field.
  • Strong business knowledge of the DtW domain.
  • Strong experience in data manipulation and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives within the DtW domain.
  • Hands-on experience with process management and mining tools such as ARIS and Celonis.
  • Experience using BI and analytics tools including Power BI, Celonis, ARIS and Camunda, with a strong reporting capability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing process execution data to identify deviations from designed process and investigate root causes.
  • Track and report against KPIs and performance indicators to maintain a clear view of process health for decision making.
  • Analyse Whatfix interaction data and internal NPS survey results to understand user engagement and adoption gaps.
  • Combine signals from Celonis, New Relic, Whatfix, NPS, ARIS and Camunda to present a unified view of process health.
  • Shape and present analytical findings in clear formats tailored to process owners and Standing Organisation teams.
  • Formulate evidence-based improvement recommendations for identified issues for process owners and SO teams.
