Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to drive launching new projects and optimizing manufacturing processes on assembly lines. You will create and update technical documentation in IQRM, AutoCAD, and MS Office, run tests, and implement improvements.

The role requires at least 5 years in drive shaft assembly, proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, English, knowledge of FMEA, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the drive shaft assembly domain.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required.
• English language proficiency is essential.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret schematics.
• Knowledge of FMEA and risk analysis helpful.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and update technical documentation in IQRM, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Launch new projects on assembly lines and conduct tests.
• Improve processes in quality, safety, ergonomics, and efficiency by data analysis and collaboration.
• Collaborate with other departments and with subcontractors; train operators.
