Job summary

Walter Group seeks a Process Engineer, focusing on Machining Process Solutions in the south-east region of Poland. You will be the technical focal point for Aerospace customers and cross‑functional teams, driving process improvements and value-based projects.

Responsibilities include supporting aerospace projects, validating processes, and promoting MPS services. Collaboration with Walter Poland, Germany, and the Global MPS organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Very strong CAM expertise required – Siemens NX.
• Experience with CATIA; VERICUT and other CAM systems are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical focal point for Aerospace customers, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Support strategic Aerospace projects, process validations, and productivity improvements.
• Identify and realize customer value through MPS services, machining optimization, and value-based business cases.
• Strengthen collaboration between Walter Poland, Walter Germany, and the Global MPS organization.
• Increase service, tooling, and solution sales through technical consulting and customer engagement.
