Takeda in Poland seeks a Process Design Lead to apply operational excellence principles to redesign and improve Global Program Team and R&D processes. You will diagnose current-state processes, drive scalable, digital-first changes, and partner with technology teams to automate where appropriate.

You will steward a lean-based framework, create user-friendly documentation, and ensure consistent standards across teams. Hybrid work option with strong stakeholder alignment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or business-related field.
• 4–6+ years in lean process design or management consulting.
• Experience with end-to-end process redesign in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Confluence or SharePoint is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate current processes and identify overlaps, redundancies, and gaps.
• Lead redesigns applying lean principles and practical changes.
• Define scope, roles, hand-offs, and success measures for future processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and partner with tech teams.
