Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Process Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA PP and PUR across our global manufacturing footprint. You’ll ensure processes are understood, configured, adopted and continuously improved by business users and IT partners.

In this role you’ll run workshops, translate requirements into SAP solutions, support testing and go-live activities, and monitor performance to drive improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Consultant, SAP Consultant or similar role with hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and PUR and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements or process adoption, including requirements gathering, testing and user support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for facilitation and guidance.
• A structured, hands-on and proactive approach with process improvements mindset.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Process Consultant – SAP S/4HANA PP & PUR, you’ll help ensure that defined supply chain processes are successfully implemented, adopted and continuously improved across Danfoss. You’ll work at the intersection of business processes and SAP S/4HANA, helping teams translate established ways of working into effective day-to-day operations. Your impact? You’ll make sure that processes work not only on paper, but also in practice — supporting implementations and rollouts, helping users understand and adopt the processes, and identifying opportunities to make existing solutions work better. This is a role for someone who enjoys making things happen: bringing people together, explaining processes, solving issues and helping the organization consistently apply agreed ways of working. Over time, there is also an opportunity to take broader ownership and become a key person for the PP/PUR process area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the implementation and rollout of established PP and PUR processes in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring they are correctly understood, configured and adopted by the business.
• Work closely with business users and IT to translate defined process requirements into effective SAP solutions, supporting configuration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
• Facilitate workshops, process discussions and training sessions, helping users understand how processes work and how SAP supports their daily activities.
• Monitor how processes perform in practice, resolve issues and clarify process-related questions, working with the right stakeholders to ensure consistent application across teams and locations.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve existing processes and SAP solutions, using feedback, KPIs and user experience to make established ways of working more efficient and effective.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Process Consultant, SAP Consultant or similar role, with hands‑on experience supporting business processes in an SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Procurement (PUR) and a good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements or process adoption, including requirements gathering, testing and supporting users through change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you enjoy talking to people, facilitating discussions and helping others understand processes and systems.
• A structured, hands‑on and proactive approach. You are comfortable working with established processes and standards, while also looking for practical ways to improve them when needed.

Nice to have

a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT or a related field, experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and additional language skills.
