Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Business Compliance Manager for Private Banking to advise and oversee compliance risks across investment and trading products. You’ll enable innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations in a fast-moving digital environment.

Key tasks include approving initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams on compliant solutions, and maintaining global private banking control frameworks to ensure conduct and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Regulatory change management experience with tracking regulatory impact.
• End-to-end policy, procedure, and control design familiarity.
• Experience approving financial promotions and client communications in regulated environments.
• Expertise in product governance and conduct, including complaints, conflicts of interest, disclosures.
• In-depth knowledge of MiFID.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving new initiatives and entity expansions
• Provide strategic guidance to Product, Operations, and Marketing on compliant initiatives
• Overseeing entities distributing private banking propositions for reviews, complaints, conduct, and policy compliance
• Review financial promotions and client communications
• Develop and update global private banking control frameworks to enable safe growth
