Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Support Specialist to oversee complaints, conducting root-cause analysis and ensuring fair, transparent processes. You’ll work with Product and Quality Assurance to deliver outstanding customer experiences while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

You will manage end-to-end complaint resolution, continuously improving procedures and contributing to a culture that prioritizes fair treatment of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least provisional certificate.
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and Greek (C1+).
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills; empathy and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues; set up and improve internal procedures.
• Maintain a central data archive; ensure accurate, accessible records.
