JTI seeks a Process Expert Manager Data Privacy to partner with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Information Security and business stakeholders. You will coordinate privacy-related applications and services, drive improvements and ensure governance aligns with AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership and delivering compliant, efficient processes across IT and business teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT with Microsoft technologies, experience with privacy programs, and

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• 5+ years of professional IT/tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Information Security and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to deliver privacy-related applications and services.
• Support delivery of technology initiatives impacting Data Privacy processes and controls.
• Promote privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles across projects.
• Foster collaboration across global and local teams and share best practices.
