Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Privacy Operations Manager to lead a global privacy program and a team of privacy operations specialists. You will implement privacy policies, manage DPIAs/PIAs, DSARs, and incident response while partnering with Legal, IT, Security, and Product teams.

You will drive privacy by design, map data inventories, monitor compliance with GDPR/CCPA/PIPEDA, and leverage AI to automate privacy processes across products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 6–8 years in a technical privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance role, including 3–5 years of people management.
• Relevant privacy/cybersecurity certifications (CIPM, CIPT, CISSP).
• Experience with privacy risk assessments from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Thomson Reuters' global privacy program.
• Coordinate privacy policy implementation and operational frameworks.
• Manage privacy risk assessments, PIAs, DPAs, TIAs, and DSAR responses.
