Job summary

PandaDoc is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own our mobile product and shared design foundations, ensuring a coherent experience across surfaces. You will own the vision, roadmap, and launch, prioritizing cross-surface alignment and AI-driven enhancements.

The role requires 7+ years in SaaS product management, with mobile product impact and platform ownership, plus strong technical fluency and leadership across teams. Fully remote across Europe with scalable scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 2 at Staff or Principal level.
• Shipped mobile products with measurable retention/engagement impact.
• Owned a platform or shared-systems product with internal customers.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on system design.
• Able to operate cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Clear, direct communicator who simplifies complexity with precision.
• Active use of AI to build prototypes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch across PandaDoc surfaces.
• Own the design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns.
• Align mobile and shared foundations so PandaDoc feels like one product across surfaces.
• Define evolution of foundations to serve human builders and AI tools.
• Set governance standards for prototyping and shipping on shared infrastructure.
• Build the business case for foundational investments and trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering leads on system design decisions.
