Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer (Java/Angular) to lead complex software initiatives and define technical strategy. You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and deliver high-performance applications using Angular and Java, with a strong emphasis on AI integrations.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, deep expertise in Java/Angular, cloud and NoSQL knowledge, and proven leadership from architecture to delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development with Java and Angular (v12+)
• Hands-on AI tools & integrations (Claude, AI Agents, Copilot)
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and backend patterns
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and NoSQL databases
• Proven leadership from architecture to deployment
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2 and web security
• Git, CI/CD pipelines and Docker experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for full-stack efforts (backend Java, frontend Angular)
• Architect, design, and implement AI-enabled solutions
• Lead feature development with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct code reviews and performance analysis; enforce standards
• Shape system architecture for long-term maintainability
• Mentor mid- and senior-level developers; support growth
• Engage stakeholders up to director level and guide upsell talks
• Lead technical interviews (up to senior levels) and share knowledge
