Job summary

SAP SE Warszawa is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect - RISE (f/m/d) to craft an enterprise architecture model aligned with customer goals, lead adoption of RISE with SAP, and partner with VAT teams to drive value.

You will guide cloud journeys, ensure Clean Core principles, and engage CIOs and other CxOs to maximize business outcomes while fostering collaboration across SAP and client teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer experience roles with end-to-end architecture design.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and S/4HANA.
• Experience with BTP components: app development, automation, data & analytics, AI.
• Proficiency in English and Polish at senior management level.
• Familiarity with LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture models aligned with customer goals.
• Lead adoption and value realization across RISE with SAP initiatives.
• Collaborate with VAT and other SAP teams to drive transformation.
