Job summary

Doist in Warszawa is seeking an experienced SAP migration lead to assess the SAP S/4HANA landscape, define a migration roadmap to RISe with SAP, and oversee planning, execution, testing, cutover and hypercare activities.

The role requires designing and governing the target-state SAP architecture, coordinating with SAP ECS, infrastructure teams, hyperscalers, managed service providers, and business stakeholders, while identifying risks and ensuring SAP best practices alignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current SAP S/4HANA landscape and define the migration roadmap to RISE with SAP.
• Lead migration planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Design and govern the target-state SAP architecture, including integrations, connectivity, security, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with SAP ECS, infrastructure teams, hyperscalers, managed service providers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Define post-migration support, governance, and service management processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and the RISE shared responsibility model.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting.
