Qualifications

• Expertise with SAP Basis in implementation and steady-state operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes including stability, performance and scalability.
• Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership, defining roadmaps and standards.
• Identify and manage risks and escalations, driving preventive actions and timely resolutions.
• Lead landscape lifecycle activities: upgrades, migrations, DR testing, major changes, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA and Cloud capabilities.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to ensure reliable operations and value realization.
