Job summary

Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Principal Service Delivery Manager to own the delivery of our data and analytics solutions. You will bridge enterprise clients and engineering, shaping roadmaps, SLAs, and reliability without hands-on coding.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery governance, and mentor senior staff. This role offers high autonomy, strategic impact, and opportunities to grow toward a Principal level within Sabre.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing service delivery or technical programs within sophisticated engineering ecosystems such as large-scale data platforms or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing revenue-critical enterprise software accounts as a Senior SDM or Technical Program Manager.
• Strong mastery of modern data architectures, cloud infrastructure, and streaming systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Deep understanding of incident management and release governance; ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Client & Solution Ownership: translate business hurdles into scalable data solution roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for large-scale platform implementations and data migrations with strict SLAs.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineering Leads to guide technical direction without hands-on coding.
• Act as escalation lead during major service disruptions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Establish and mature delivery standards, agile playbooks and governance to improve team execution.
