Job summary

7n is seeking a senior security leader to drive the Security Practice in Poland from Warsaw. You will ensure delivery quality, manage a consultant team, and contribute to sales and portfolio development.

You will partner with HQ while guiding security standards, client engagements, and executive advisory work. Fluency in Polish and English is required for working with European clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/Security experience.
• 4+ years in senior leadership roles (CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, Security Practice Lead).
• Proven consulting experience with enterprise clients.
• Strong advisory capability and executive collaboration.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Requirements

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Security roles.
• 4+ years in senior leadership positions (CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, Security Practice Lead).
• Proven consulting experience with enterprise clients.
• Strong advisory capability and comfort working with executives.

Technical skills

• Deep knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, CRA, AI Act.
• Experience with OT/ICS security or AI governance is a strong advantage.
• Ability to design and deliver complex security programs end‑to‑end.
• Autonomous and self‑driven, with strong analytical skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop specialists in a high‑autonomy model.
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic consulting environments.
• Polish — fluent, English — fluent

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CCISO, CEH, Lead Auditor ISO 27001/22301/42001.
• Experience in building or scaling consulting practices.
• Background in OT/ICS security, AI governance, or cyber resilience programs.
