Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Security Analyst/Consultant to deliver cybersecurity training sessions and expertise across our client projects. You will design and run workshops for business and technical audiences while enhancing your training delivery and branding within the organization.

The role emphasizes practical cybersecurity knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to hybrid or remote work arrangements, including in-office engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience with practical knowledge in at least one area such as network and system security, application security, SOC/SIEM/incident response, or governance, risk & compliance.
• Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions, whether internal, conference-based, or academic.
• Strong soft skills, including openness, flexibility, and effective communication.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on various cybersecurity topics, including digital hygiene, phishing, and OWASP Top 10.
• Design and delivering workshops tailored to the needs of business users and technical teams.
• Sharing knowledge on incident response procedures and modern ransomware threats.
• Providing insights into governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop training materials and resources that meet industry standards.
• Staying updated on current regulatory requirements and trends in AI/LLM security.

We are looking for an experienced Security Analyst/Consultant to join our team and share your expertise in cybersecurity through modern training sessions for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to develop your training skills in a rapidly growing field while building your brand as an expert in the organization and the cybersecurity market. You will engage in interesting training projects beyond your daily responsibilities, with the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or from the office.

Your tasks

• Familiarity with current regulatory requirements and trends in AI/LLM security
• Experience in designing labs, CTFs, or practical security exercises
