Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation in Warsaw seeks a Product Engineer to lead Master Data Management for the Product Domain, partnering with external manufacturing and distribution partners. You will ensure SAP data quality, drive governance and optimize data across global plants.

You will own data accuracy for part numbers, BOMs, and Production Versions, and collaborate with supply chain teams to enable planning, production, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years with SAP/ERP in manufacturing/supply chain, or 5+ years in materials creation, planning, production, packaging, or operations with system integration exposure.
• Hands‑on SAP Master Data experience creating and maintaining Material Master, BOMs, and subcontracting data across multiple plants and connected systems.
• Analytical and problem‑solving strength; ability to troubleshoot data issues and resolve systemic challenges.
• Data accuracy and governance focus; maintain continuity across systems and support governance requirements.
• Cross‑functional collaboration across plant ops, supply chain, and functional teams.
• Systems/tools proficiency (Excel) and aptitude for MDm/planning systems; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP and other system data (part numbers, materials, BOMs, Production Versions) for production and repacking, ensuring SKU lifecycle alignment.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards for assigned plants; contribute to global practices.
• Maintain Liquid master data, resolve complex issues and develop standard procedures.
• Execute periodic SKU management tasks across systems to ensure high data accuracy and compliance with global standards.
• Optimize Product Lifecycle (SKUs and materials) across plants and ensure BOM accuracy across systems.
• Identify, streamline, and automate master data creation across SAP/other systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with EMO & Supply Planning to integrate master data across systems.
