Job summary

AXA XL seeks an innovative pricing professional to work with underwriters and IT teams on pricing for Political Risk, Commercial Bond, and other specialty products. You will lead regional PRC pricing, develop models, and support global case pricing under the Head of PRCB Pricing.

Qualifications include progress toward actuarial accreditation, a bachelor’s degree, and coding skills in VBA, SQL, R, or Python. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Progress toward actuarial accreditation from the Institute of Actuaries.
• Analytical skills to evaluate business segment profitability.
• Some experience in commercial lines pricing.
• Coding skills in VBA, SQL, R and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for one region for PRC and assist in developing pricing models.
• Lead pricing for Commercial Bond and global case pricing with support from Head of PRCB Pricing.
• Interface with IT teams to scope and implement changes to pricing tools.
• Develop and maintain pricing dashboards with segmentation analysis.
• Perform adhoc data updates in pricing models and respond to data requests.
• Conduct pricing audits and contribute to pricing strategy discussions.
