Job summary

ASBIS is seeking an experienced mechanical assembler to join its team in coordinating the assembly of units and components according to engineering drawings. You will fit and adjust parts, install and test assemblies, and ensure quality while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in assembly or similar field.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units and components according to drawings and documentation.
• Fit, finish, mark, and adjust parts prior to assembly.
• Install, align, and test assembled units and mechanisms.
• Use hand and power tools, presses, and fixtures.
• Inspect quality and eliminate defects in assembly.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain safety and accuracy during assembly operations.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of production equipment.
