Sii Poland is seeking a mechanical assembler for the Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center in Mielec. You will join a team supporting production processes across pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and plastics industries, performing on-site assembly in Poland.

Your role includes assembling machines, reading technical documentation, and ensuring quality and safety on site. You will collaborate with colleagues, learn from experts, and contribute to successful project delivery in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a mechanical assembler.
• Ability to read technical assembly documentation.
• Polish fluency; basic English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machines and equipment, and complete installations.
• Assemble pneumatic and hydraulic installations.
• Read and interpret technical documentation.
• Support teammates with technical knowledge.
• Ensure health, safety, and client requirements.
• Perform technical and quality control of work.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace.

Job description

At Sii, we are looking for mechanical assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center - an internal unit specialized in executing projects in electrical and mechanical assembly. You will join a project related to supporting production processes for the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and plastics industries, carried out on-site in Mielec.

Your tasks

• Mechanical assembly of machines and equipment as well as complete installations
• Performing the assembly of pneumatic and hydraulic installations
• Reading technical assembly documentation
• Supporting other team members with technical knowledge
• Complying with health and safety regulations and client requirements
• Technical and quality control of the work performed
• Maintaining order at the workplace

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of mechanical assembler
• Practical skills in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of English
• Reading technical assembly documentation
• Required to be present in Poland and fluent in Polish
