Job summary

Tameshi is a trusted AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner focused on secure, regulated industry solutions across the CEE region. We are seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to bridge business needs with advanced cloud technology, guiding enterprise clients from opportunity to value realization.

You will lead consultative engagements, design high-level architectures and PoCs, draft technical scopes for RFPs, and help optimize cloud costs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in AWS cloud services (compute, containers, security, data).
• Experience with migration frameworks (e.g., AWS MAP) and architectural patterns.
• Understanding of security, governance, and regulatory requirements in regulated sectors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to translate architectures into business value.
• Fluent Polish and English speaking/writing for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling in client meetings, translating business challenges into AWS solutions.
• Design migration strategies, high-level architectures (HLA), and PoC prototypes.
• Prepare technical scopes for proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs.
• Conduct TCO analyses and cloud cost estimations to optimize spend.
• Hand over won projects to delivery teams and collaborate with partner networks.

We are an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and the AWS Partner of the Year 2022 in CEE.As a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist, you will become a key link between the business world and advanced technology, serving as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients in the CEE region.

Expected tech stack:

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling: Actively participating in client meetings (including C-level), identifying their business challenges, and translating them into concrete AWS cloud solutions.
• Initial Architecture & PoC: Designing migration strategies, creating High-Level Cloud Architectures (HLA), and building solution prototypes (Proof of Concept, including areas like GenAI, DevOps, or Contact Centers) to demonstrate the real business value of AWS to clients.
• Proposal Preparation (RFP/RFI): Independently developing and drafting the technical scope of proposals in response to tender requests from enterprise and public sector clients.
• Business Analysis & FinOps: Conducting TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analyses and cloud infrastructure cost estimations to help clients optimize their AWS spending.
• Collaboration & Project Handover: Seamlessly handing over won projects to delivery teams (Cloud Architects and DevOps Delivery) and collaborating closely with the AWS partner management network.

Requirements:

• Technical Foundation: A strong technical background in AWS cloud services (compute services, containerization, security, data).
• Cloud Migrations: Proven experience working with migration frameworks (e.g., AWS MAP) and architectural patterns.
• Regulated Industries Knowledge: Understanding of security, technological governance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KNF guidelines, data security standards).
• Soft Skills: Excellent presentation skills, ability to think abstractly, and a talent for translating complex technical architectures into business benefits.
• Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English (essential for seamless client and partner communication).

Nice to have:

Active AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, or Security Specialty).
