Job summary
AWS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager in Poland to lead a team of Solutions Architects and drive strategic initiatives that help enterprises leverage AWS services. You will combine cloud computing with cutting-edge AI to transform customer operations and outcomes.

AWS is seeking a Solutions Architecture leader to join our Solutions Architect team in Poland, where you'll help customer businesses thrive in the digital age. As a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of technically skilled Solutions Architects while driving strategic initiatives that help enterprises and digital native business leverage AWS Services to produce tangible outcomes. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of technological innovation, combining cloud computing expertise with pioneering AI solutions to transform how businesses operate and deliver value for their customers.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer obsession
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers’ technical leaders, driving executive-level conversations that align AWS solutions with customers' expansion goals
- Act as a technical thought leader, representing AWS in executive-level discussions, public speaking engagements, and writing content that showcases how AWS deliver value to customers
- Guide your team in designing and implementing cloud solutions working backwards from the customers’ needs
- Pioneer the adoption of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation into customer solutions, and inventing on their behalf.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute technical strategies that drive AWS adoption and exceed revenue objectives
- Coach and mentor Solutions Architects in conducting impactful technical discussions with senior stakeholders and executing successful customer engagements
- Foster knowledge sharing within the AWS community and guide the development of technical content that showcases best practices

- Multilingual capabilities beyond Polish and English, particularly in East European languages

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
