Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a self-motivated Pre-Sales Network Systems Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support for customers in Poland. You will collaborate with Arista Account Managers to design data center and campus network solutions, conduct architectural sessions, and deliver product presentations.

You will gain hands-on experience with CLI, automation, and NetOps/DevOps workflows, while working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

Fluent in Polish and English.
Preference for candidates within 1 hour of Warsaw.
Sales attitude: ability to drive new business with a team.
Technical degree required.
Networking design and implementation experience.
Practical experience with routing and switching, including protocols.
Excellent presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of switching/routing protocols (e.g., STP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, QoS).
Experience with NetOps/DevOps using Python and Ansible.
ACE Level 5 or higher or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

Partner with Arista Account Managers to understand and solve customer challenges.
Conduct network architectural sessions and product presentations for customers.
Architect and propose Arista Data Center, Routing & Campus network solutions to generate sales.
Perform hands-on customer proof-of-concepts and initial network deployments.
Create design guidelines and recommend improvements for customer networks.
Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs and customer feature requests from requirements to deployment.
Provide feedback to Product Management and Development.
Represent Arista at industry events and conferences.
Stay up-to-date on competitive solutions and technologies.
Author white papers, blogs, and technical articles.
