Job summary

RHONDOS Inc. is seeking a senior technical consultant to own the full lifecycle of PowerConnect support—from L1–L2 incident triage to complex RCA, PoC engagements, and internal SAP support.

You will contribute to the CoE, help improve processes, deployment automation, and training delivery across the team. This role emphasizes strong technical leadership, knowledge-base development, and collaboration with product engineering while enabling a remote-first working model and cross-border delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a tech field.
• 3+ years in technical support, professional services, or enterprise software consulting.
• Hands-on PowerConnect administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and producing RCA reports.
• Familiarity with SAP administration fundamentals and related tooling.
• Experience delivering technical training to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to read logs, traces, and configuration data to diagnose issues.
• Experience as a subject-matter expert on customer calls or PoCs.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Elastic and with ticketing systems.
• Willingness to participate in on-call escalation rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1–L2 support during shifts, triaging incidents and documenting resolutions.
• Perform RCA, analyze logs, and develop workarounds and preventive actions.
• Support PoC engagements, answer technical questions, and engage on customer calls as SME.
• Deliver end-user and admin training on PowerConnect features and workflows.
• Oversee installation, upgrade, and migration projects for customers.
• Develop and maintain use-case concepts, configurations, and reference patterns.
• Provide internal SAP support, maintenance, and system monitoring.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, runbooks, and diagnostic playbooks, and promote continuous improvement.
