Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking a Solution Engineer to design, build, and optimize Power Platform solutions. This role will involve Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents to automate workflows and unlock AI capabilities for business teams.

The role is permanent with a hybrid work model, based in Poland. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure security and governance, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions across apps, automations, and data
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio and AI Builder
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, security, and governance in enterprise deployments
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop reusable blueprints, templates, components and patterns
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and automate processes
• Document adoption activities and promote best practices
