Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale. This full-time role requires strong strategic and technical acumen and the ability to partner with business and technology stakeholders.

You will establish architecture standards, drive adoption, ensure security and compliance, and mentor engineers throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform; including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks.

Meet the Power Platforms team, within End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology. Our role is to empower business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities - improving business productivity and strategic outcomes. Main responsibilities in this role:

Your background and skills include:

• Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform; including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.

It would be ideal if you also have:

• Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and enabling integration patterns with APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management.
