Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking a Solution Engineer to design, build, and optimize Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents. You will develop reusable blueprints, templates, and connectivity while aligning with governance and security standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and promote best practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Develop reusable templates, components, and connectivity patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability.
