Job summary

Decskill seeks a Mid-Senior Power Platform Developer for a Lisbon-based project within its Global IT context. The role focuses on building and sustaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, maintaining SharePoint lists, and driving governance and documentation standards across regions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, provide training, and support adoption of Power Apps across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience designing and optimizing SharePoint lists.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions.
• Experience producing solution documentation and delivering user training.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills and a stakeholder-focused mindset.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

We’d like to meet a Power Platform Developer for a project in Lisbon, supporting a Global IT organisation in the digitisation and standardisation of its business processes.

In this role, you will develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, maintain the supporting SharePoint lists and help establish governance, standards and documentation for the Power Platform environment. You will also support the rollout and adoption of Power Apps across Global IT.
