Job summary

Decskill seeks a Mid-Senior Power Platform Developer for a Lisbon-based project within its Global IT context. The role focuses on building and sustaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, maintaining SharePoint lists, and driving governance and documentation standards across regions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, provide training, and support adoption of Power Apps across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience designing and optimizing SharePoint lists.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions.
• Experience producing solution documentation and delivering user training.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills and a stakeholder-focused mindset.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power Apps solutions that support ongoing initiatives.
• Design, implement and maintain Power Automate workflows that support business processes.
• Manage and maintain the supporting SharePoint lists and related data structures.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Power Apps across Global IT.
• Establish and maintain governance processes, standards and documentation for Power Platform solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements and new features.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with organisational standards.
