Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, seeks a senior Power BI specialist to design and implement enterprise BI solutions across dashboards, data models, and paginated reports. You will optimize SQL Server backends and drive data-layer architectures while enforcing security models.

You will lead technical teams in Scrum environments, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver performance-tuned BI solutions with robust documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a Power BI-focused role.
• Bachelor-level ICT degree or equivalent; an ICT degree is not mandatory.
• At least 1 intermediate certification in software development relevant to the domain.
• English proficiency CEFR B2 or higher.
• Experience in full-stack Power BI support or development with dashboards, data models, and paginated reports.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop enterprise Power BI solutions including dashboards, data models, and paginated reports.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server applications using T-SQL and views.
• Develop data, business logic, and UI layers; implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security.
• Optimize Power BI performance via SQL, T-SQL, views, and Query Folding.

• Produce technical docs and estimate development effort and timelines.

Job Description

• Design and develop enterprise-level Power BI solutions, including dashboards, data models, custom solutions, and paginated reports
• Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server applications using T-SQL, database views, and efficient data access techniques
• Design and develop data, business logic, and user interface layers
• Develop data models and analytics solutions using DAX and Power Query (M language)
• Implement and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS)
• Optimize Power BI performance through SQL source optimization, efficient T-SQL, database views, and Query Folding
• Develop and integrate solutions using Web Services, REST APIs, and HTTP APIs
• Elicit and analyse requirements and translate them into technical designs and solution specifications
• Design applications using UML and prototype technical solutions
• Lead technical teams and contribute to Scrum-based development throughout the complete solution lifecycle
• Optimize software for performance, security, and quality and establish software development standards
• Produce technical documentation and estimate development effort and timelines
• Contribute to testing, quality assurance, change management, configuration, releases, and deployment
• Provide second- and third-line technical support and troubleshoot complex application issues
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT professional experience, with at least 2 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar position.
• Minimum education level: Level 6 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). An ICT-relevant degree is not mandatory.
• At least 1 intermediate-level certification in software development relevant to the domain
• Minimum English language proficiency at CEFR B2 level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-stack Power BI support or developer role, including custom solution development, dashboards, data models, and paginated reports.
• Expertise in developing enterprise-level software systems and designing data, business logic, and user interface layers.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server application development skills, including T-SQL, database views, Web Services, REST APIs, and HTTP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language), including data optimization, advanced data analytics, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Strong Power BI performance tuning skills through Microsoft SQL Server source optimization, efficient T-SQL, database views, and Query Folding.
• Experience with UML application design, requirements elicitation, solution specification, technical documentation, testing, quality assurance, deployment, configuration, and release management.
• Experience working in Scrum development environments and across the complete solution lifecycle.
• Ability to lead technical teams, resolve problems and conflicts, work effectively within a team, and deliver results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions effectively to business stakeholders and other audiences.
