Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Power BI specialist to design and deliver executive-ready dashboards. You will work with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include building scalable data models, managing Power BI workspaces, and monitoring report performance across large datasets. English communication is required for stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), report creation, Power Query, and advanced DAX calculations.
• Deep background in data modeling (star schemas), handling large datasets, and report performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with workspace management, role permissions, and the Capacity Metrics App.
• Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), monitoring, maintaining, and debugging ETL pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, source validation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and build executive-ready dashboards and interactive reports from scratch to address complex business needs.
• Architect, optimize, and maintain robust data models (star schema, relationships, performance).
• Manage Power BI workspaces, publish reports, configure permissions, and monitor capacity performance.

• Azure Data Factory (ADF): Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of ADF, with the ability to monitor, maintain, and debug existing ETL pipelines.
• SQL Proficiency: Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, source validation, and analysis.
• Business Acumen: Strong ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable, high-impact reporting solutions.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and build executive-ready dashboards and interactive reports from scratch to address complex business needs.
• Data Modeling: Architect, optimize, and maintain robust data models (star schema, relationships, performance optimization).
• Business Calculations: Develop measures, KPIs, and complex logic using DAX and execute data transformations in Power Query.
• Power BI Administration: Manage workspaces, publish reports, configure permissions, and monitor capacity performance using the Capacity Metrics App.
• ADF Pipeline Maintenance: Read, analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot data integration workflows within Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Data Validation & Flow: Understand end-to-end data flows from source systems to reporting layers; validate source data using SQL.
