Zusammenfassung

Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CTP PAS) in Warsaw invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to join the Neutral Atoms Applications theory group at the Center for Quantum-Enabled Computing (C4QEC). The successful candidate will work on modelling and controlling programmable quantum systems, including neutral atoms in optical tweezers and Rydberg arrays.

The position is full-time, initially for one year with possible extension to 2029.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in physics or a related discipline.
• Strong background in quantum optics, atomic physics, quantum information, quantum control, open quantum systems, or many-body physics.

Aufgaben

• Develop own research directions within the group’s broader agenda.
• Collaborate with experimental and theoretical groups.
• Contribute to supervision of PhD and undergraduate students.
