Portuguese speaking Customer Service Assistant

Location: Bulgaria

Salary: BGN 2600 gross

As a Portuguese Customer Advisor you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat. You will listen to customers, advise them on money transfers and process them. Additionally, you will manage administration tasks, updating and inputting data in the customer database.
