What You’ll Do

• Support customers via inbound calls
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions
• Assist with billing, products, and technical questions
• Update customer information in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to customer satisfaction

Salary & Bonuses

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
• Training & Tenure Bonuses
• Unlimited Sales Bonus (Top performers earn €1,000+ monthly)
