Job summary

UBS is seeking a Portfolio Implementation Specialist in Kraków/Wrocław to support portfolio management activities and improve processes within the Asset Management Investments team. The role involves implementing PM decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with traders and managers across the front-to-back investment lifecycle.

Located in Poland, the successful candidate will work with global Investments teams and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an Asset Management front office or portfolio management supportive role.
• Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts following portfolio management strategies, implementing Portfolio Manager decisions timely and accurately.
• Ensure adherence to internal, client, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review fund cash and positions, ensuring correct systems and data quality.
• Support new portfolio launches, transitions, and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and other internal Asset Management teams.
• Initiate and drive ongoing process improvements throughout the Investments lifecycle, including ad-hoc projects.
