Job summary
RealAdvisor is launching its Polish market and seeks a Polish-speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely. You will identify and qualify real estate agency clients and generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Sales team.

Qualifications
- Native or fluent Polish required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Stable internet connection.
- Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying potential real estate agencies.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identifying the needs and challenges of real estate agencies.
- Presenting the opportunity and generating interest.
- Booking sales demos for our Sales team.
- Following up with prospects to maximize attendance at scheduled meetings.
- Managing and updating your pipeline in the CRM.
- Working closely with our international Sales team.
- Consistently working toward activity and performance targets.
