Concentrix Greece is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our multicultural team in Athens. You will manage relationships with business clients and agencies, identify needs, and recommend digital advertising solutions that improve ROAS.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, native Polish, fluent English, and a proven ability to meet targets. This role offers an indefinite contract, competitive package, and international mobility opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Native or near-native Polish.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong consultative and needs-based selling skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Comfortable with digital advertising and ROAS concepts.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners.
• Identify customer needs through discovery and strategic questioning.
• Provide consultative sales support and recommend advertising solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROAS to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions to improve campaign results and revenue.
• Drive advertiser success and revenue growth through optimization and additional solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and present compelling business cases.
• Use CRM systems and dashboards to manage engagement and performance.
