Concentrix Greece is seeking a Polish-speaking Technical Sales Specialist to help advertisers implement and optimize digital advertising solutions in Athens, Greece. You will work with advertisers to understand needs, map them to suitable products, and drive successful deployments.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, technical mindset, and strong collaboration across teams to achieve measurable advertiser results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience in digital advertising or SaaS.
• Native or near-native Polish and fluent English.
• Strong consultative selling and data-led analysis skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting solution implementation and activation.

Job Description

We are recruiting a Polish-Speaking Technical Sales Specialist for one of our leading global clients in the digital advertising and social media industry. In this role, you will work closely with advertisers to understand their business and technical requirements, recommend the right solutions, and support them from decision through activation and optimization. You will combine commercial awareness with technical expertise to ensure solutions are not only sold, but successfully implemented and adopted to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Understand advertiser requirements through consultative discussions, technical questioning, and data-led analysis

• Identify customer pain points and map them to appropriate products, features, configurations, and digital advertising solutions

• Support advertisers throughout the solution journey, including activation, implementation, optimization, and ongoing improvements

• Identify technical dependencies, operational constraints, and readiness gaps that may affect successful solution deployment

• Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact, and return on advertising spend

• Support customers in complex solution environments, including multi-solution adoption and integrations

• Identify potential risks, mitigation actions, and optimization opportunities to improve advertiser success

• Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimization, and expansion

• Help advertisers unlock additional value through advanced features, automation, and additional capabilities

• Build credibility as a trusted solutions advisor and recommend the most suitable configuration based on customer needs

• Balance customer outcomes with commercial and performance targets

• Support hands-on campaign activation, configuration changes, and troubleshooting

• Use CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign optimization platforms to track activity and results

• Explain technical concepts, solution requirements, inputs, outputs, and limitations clearly to customers

• Provide accurate and efficient written and verbal communication that supports fast and confident implementation

• Stay up to date with new products, platform developments, technical best practices, and digital advertising trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably within digital advertising, technology, SaaS, B2B sales, account management, or a similar commercial environment

• Native or near-native level of Polish

• Fluent English

• Strong technical consultative selling skills

• Ability to understand customer requirements through structured questioning and data-led analysis

• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting, and campaign optimization

• Ability to translate customer challenges into suitable technical solutions, products, features, or configurations

• Comfortable explaining technical solutions, including setup requirements, functionality, limitations, and expected outcomes

• Experience supporting solution implementation, activation, configuration changes, or troubleshooting

• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer results and revenue growth

• Ability to identify upselling, optimization, and solution expansion opportunities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to simplify technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers

• Comfortable using CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign management platforms

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and technically evolving sales environment
