Waterdrop Inc. in Warsaw is offering a paid internship to support online sales channels, monitor offers and stock, and adapt content in Polish and English for the website and marketing materials.

You will help organise brand events across Poland, prepare reports, and collaborate with colleagues and partners. The role is 30 hours per week with mentoring in an international team and hybrid work in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in marketing, business, e-commerce, languages or a related field.
• Native Polish with fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Organised, careful approach and proactive attitude.
• Interest in e-commerce and consumer brands.
• Availability of 30 hours per week and flexibility for some events outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day work of online sales channels, including marketplaces.
• Monitor offers, prices, stock and performance; prepare simple weekly summaries.
• Adapt and proofread content in Polish and English for the website, newsletters, social media and marketing materials.
• Help organise brand events and promotional activities across Poland.
• Prepare checklists, trackers and reports; coordinate with colleagues and partners.
• Bring your own ideas and improvements.
