Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking a content reviewer to help maintain quality and safety standards for an e-commerce platform, reviewing content and ensuring policy compliance with local expertise.

The role requires native Polish and English at B2 level, with the ability to make rational, market-informed decisions and adapt to policy changes. This is an on-site position in Lisbon with 24/7 rotating shifts and a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
