Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Polish required.
- SAP and Salesforce systems experience.
- MA in Logistics nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage professional relationships with customers to drive growth.
- Proactive customer management across queries, ensuring timely updates and long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, IT and finance to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proactive order management including timely response and accurate processing.
- Support product and service issue resolution per global policies.
- Lead process improvements and coordinate back-office tasks as needed.
