Boeva Tech in Lisbon (On-Site) seeks a Greek-speaking E-commerce Content Moderator to review user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and help maintain a safe, high-quality shopping experience for millions of users.

You will work in a multinational team, with Polish (C2) and English (B2) fluency, rotative 24/7 shifts, and a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role includes watching for policy violations, handling sensitive content, and adapting to evolving guidelines.

About the Role

As a Content Moderator for a major e-commerce platform, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and quality standards. Using your knowledge of the Greek market, attention to detail, and strong judgment skills, you will help maintain a safe and trustworthy online environment.

The Offer

• Base Salary: €920 gross per month (paid 14 times per year)

• Attendance Bonus: €45 per month (11 months)

• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net) – paid 12 months

Health Insurance: From Day 1 (after NIF & NISS registration) – free after 6 months.

Relocation Package

• Shared apartment room available (for 12 months, living costs included, will be deducted from the monthly payslip)

Contract Details

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Schedule: 24/7 Rotative Shifts

• 8 hours per day

• 5 working days per week

• 2 consecutive days off (rotative)

Initial schedule will start with morning shifts, later transitioning to rotative shifts (morning, evening, and night).

Monthly schedules are provided at least 1 month in advance.

Night shifts are paid according to Portuguese labor law (minimum +25% hourly rate).

Final shift allocation is determined by the Team Leader based on operational needs.
