Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Polish-speaking Advertisers Support content moderator to join our Lisbon team, with relocation assistance. You will handle chats, emails and calls, resolve issues, and guide users through the platform to improve their advertising experience.

The role requires native Polish, strong English (B2), comfort with MS Office, and the ability to work in a rotating shift pattern. A 12-month renewable contract is offered with public holiday relief and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Polish and fluent in English (B2).
• Knowledge of advertisement industry is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via chat, email and telephone to advertisers.
• Provide pre and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Resolve technical issues and guide users to use platform tools.
• Identify trends and solve problems for multiple SMB clients.
• Maintain positive attitude towards the brand and assist with admin forms.
