West Midlands Police invites you to join the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Route (PCDA). From day one you are a fully employed officer while you study for a Level 6 degree in Professional Policing Practice over three years, blending classroom learning with frontline policing.

You'll be supported by experienced officers, with access to diverse career paths after probation and a generous leave entitlement and pension.

Competenze

• Level 2 English (Grade C/4 or above).
• One of the following: Level 3 qualification worth at least 80 UCAS points, OR Level 4 or 5 qualification.
• Final certificates must be uploaded with your application.
