Who are we looking for?
Hatch is seeking Project Controls Graduates who will support projects globally. The Project Delivery Group is comprised of a group of professional engineers, designers and technologists. We have experience in the design, construction and commissioning of facilities throughout the world. We are looking for young engineers eager to be involved in complex small and large-scale engineering projects, and able to demonstrate their keen problem-solving skills in developing practical solutions. The candidate must be a self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering graduates in Project Controls. (Masters Degrees will be an advantage.)
  • You must be a final year student studying towards a BSc or BEng in Project Controls or hold a completed qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • You must have a maximum of 12 months of work experience.
  • You must have maintained an average academic achievement of 65% or above.
  • You must attach a copy of your most recent full academic transcript.
  • Be flexible to work in any province within Poland.
  • Excellent in spoken and written Polish and fluent in English.
  • CV's submitted in English are preferred.
  • Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions.
