Job summary

Customs Support Group is expanding its Poland & CEE marketing team. As Marketing Communications Manager, Poland (CEE), you will translate Group strategy into local campaigns, content, communications, and commercial initiatives that build brand awareness and generate leads.

You will work with Sales and the Group Marketing team across digital, events, PR, and employer branding, owning local activities while benefiting from international support in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate Group marketing strategy into local campaigns and content.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, and content.
• Create localized sales materials and support campaigns to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment of messaging and ROI.
• Manage local marketing budget and measure campaign performance.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across Poland and the broader CEE region.
